The Delinquent, Rehabbed

This playbook is a new take on the Delinquent playbook from the MASKS core book. It re-uses some of the original playbook, but reworks much of the core, including a new Feature, several new Moves, and a new Advancement option.

This changed version gives the Delinquent a more focused arc, like that found in many other MASKS playbooks. This Delinquent is someone who stands opposed to the city's existing power structures, and finds the status quo to be untenable. They know or believe something that the powers that be cannot abide - will they stand by their convictions, or will they choose to give up their fight and fall in line?
